Dr. Teresa Erickson

Dr. Chelsea Dewalt

Linda – Optician
Linda has worked with Milton-Edgewood Eye Clinic since 2015 and has over 20 years of optical experience! Linda loves working with patients and creating relationships with them to find out how she can help address their many optical needs. In her spare time, she loves to sew & craft with her grandchildren.
Heather – Office Manager and Optometric Technician
Heather doubles as our Office Manager and Exam Technician. She has been part of our team since 2000. She is passionate about patient care and strives to give our patients the best experience possible whether they are returning to our office, or it is their first visit. Heather is a WA native. She enjoys traveling with her husband and spending time with their grown daughter and dog, Beamer.
Debbie – Optician
A native of the Puyallup area, Debbie has been with Milton-Edgewood Eye Clinic since 1986. She is highly skilled at helping with selection and adjustment of eyewear to obtain your best vision. She loves to watch the transformation in our patients when they see clearly for the first time, or just love their “new look!” When she’s not helping patients with their eyewear, Debbie enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Hiking and motor-cycle riding are favorites… with polarized sunglasses of course!
Ted – General Business Manager
Ted is Dr. Erickson’s husband and has served as the general business manager since Dr. Erickson bought the clinic in 1999. He has been full-time in that position since retiring from Boeing 5 years ago. Having lost an eye in a childhood injury, Ted is an advocate for vision safety. He strongly supports the high standards of clinic, and believes that the diligence, skill, and dedication of the doctors and staff is a big part of what makes Milton-Edgewood Eye Clinic special. Ted is also a musician (bass), and loves spending time with his wife, two children and two cats.
Sue – Billing and Insurance Specialist
Sue is our Billing and Insurance specialist, working in the eye care field since 1999. She makes the complex world of insurance look easy, and patients really appreciate that. She loves being part of a team that is passionate about preventative care and helping others see their best! A Puget Sound native, she enjoys the beauty of Mt. Rainier, the ocean and Seattle. She also loves home remodeling and spending time with family and friends.
Lindsey- Optician
Lindsey, originally from Wenatchee, Washington, now calls Puyallup home and can’t imagine living anywhere else. She joined Milton-Edgewood Eye Clinic in 2019 and brought with her nearly 10 years’ experience as an Optician. Her favorite part of her job is assisting patients in selecting the perfect frame and lens options, so they can look their best while seeing their best. When Lindsey isn’t helping patients with their eyewear, she is spending time with her husband, identical twin daughters and two dogs. And she never goes anywhere without her polarized sunglasses!
Veronica- Patient Coordinator
Veronica is our patient coordinator and joined our team in 2020. Veronica enjoys helping patients and staff alike with anything she can. Growing up in Eastern Washington, she moved to Tacoma to earn her degree in computer science from University of Washington Tacoma. She has grown to love the area and really feels at home in the Pacific Northwest. When not enjoying patient interaction and learning new things about healthcare, Veronica is an artist and a musician (violin and piano).
Dana- Optometric Technician and Optician
Dana joined the Milton-Edgewood Eye Clinic team in 2021. She doubles as an optician and optometric technician. Originally from Philadelphia, PA, she moved to Tacoma in 2021 and has been loving it so far! She will be graduating from the University of Washington Tacoma with a B.A in Psychology. At our clinic, she enjoys learning new things about the eye and interacting with all our patients. In her spare time, she likes to explore the beautiful sights Washington State has to offer.
